About SEW So Eco
Welcome to SEW So Eco!
Hi, I am Sally and I live with my lovely family in North Yorkshire. I would love to introduce you to my 'Lockdown business'.
As a family, we set out to replace day to day plastic and environmentally damaging products in our home. To be honest we were quite staggered by the amount plastic a family of 5 can produce. We always recycled and for a long time we thought we were 'doing our bit'. I started to think about how we could actually reduce our plastic usage. We discovered smarter options, reusable durable items, beautifully natural products. I dreamt that one day I could turn what we had learnt into a business as I saw a gap in the market locally. Lockdown gave me time to fulfill this dream, I thought it was 'Now or never' and that is how SEW So Eco was born!
SEW So Eco offers a contactless, doorstep delivery service for eco refills (All refill products are 'Made in Yorkshire', we also have a collection of planet friendly, zero waste, natural and beautiful everyday alternatives for you, your loved ones and your home.
We offer a closed loop supply and endeavour where possible to use manufacturers that also use this method and take back the plastic jerry cans to wash and reuse. We also try to source items locally where possible.
There is no perfect solution but we can all make choices and small changes that are kinder and better for this truly wonderful world we live in.
We plan to carry on growing our eco collection as we learn and discover new products.
